Our history
It was founded in 1988, by the first president of the Spanish Film Academy, José María González-Sinde, and now following in his footsteps, the following generations work for the creation of international productions and co-productions without losing the essence with which it was created.

Atlantia Media in association with Alcalá Producciones is dedicated to the creation and production of and specialized in the development of international productions and co-productions.
OUR SERVICES
Script research, concept development, funding search and initial planning.
Hiring of key personnel, selection of locations, costume and set design, schedule and budget planning.
Coordination and execution of filming, management of technical crews and actors, supervision of production design, and on-set troubleshooting.
Film editing, visual effects, sound design, audio mixing, and any other process necessary to finalize the film.
Planning and execution of distribution strategies, negotiation of agreements with distributors, and promotion of the film.
Contract management, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination of available financing and tax incentives.

The Canary Islands offer a set of attractive tax advantages that are successfully applied to film production thanks to the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands (REF)1 within the legal framework of the EU and Spain.

Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC) 3, to establish companies in the Canary Islands with a reduced corporate income tax rate of 4%, compatible with the tax benefits mentioned above.
The Canary Islands are consolidated as one of the best places in Europe for filming, since in addition to these tax advantages, they have an excellent climate, natural conditions, wide landscapes and a powerful local film industry, with qualified and experienced equipment and personnel, ready to satisfy all your needs.
Tax incentives:
NATIONAL LEVEL 30% - 25% 30% 30% for the first million euros of deductible expenses, 25% for the rest of the expenses in Spain. The incentive has a limit of 20,000,000 euros per production (10,000,000 euros per episode in the case of audiovisual series)*.
